Darlington Centre

The Central Park area of Darlington is a major redevelopment area. Northpoint’s Geotechnical Engineering team are providing advice and services to the council to progress with the next phase of works.

The area was formally part of historical railway land. Our remit included the collection of pavement design data as well as undertaking a land contamination and waste classification assessment.

The development site will create a mixture of new uses including residential, commercial and educational based.
